Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings, Advance & Confirmation

Dates and coverage slots are strictly reserved upon receipt of an advance booking deposit and mutual written confirmation via WhatsApp or email. Tentative inquiries or verbal discussions do not guarantee date reservation until the deposit is processed.

2. Payments & Settlement

Unless otherwise agreed in your custom quotation:

• An advance deposit is required upon booking confirmation.
• The remaining balance is due on or before the final event day, prior to the release of high-resolution deliverables or printed albums.
• Custom album printing and physical deliverables proceed into production following full invoice clearance and client proof approval.

3. Deliverables & Post-Production Timelines

We are committed to delivering the highest quality artistic output. Standard timelines include:

• Teasers & Highlight Previews: Delivered within 5 to 7 business days following the event.
• Color Graded High-Resolution Photos: Delivered within 2 to 4 weeks via private cloud download link.
• Cinematic Films & Reels: Delivered within 3 to 6 weeks depending on project complexity.
• Custom Handcrafted Albums: Produced and delivered within 4 to 6 weeks following final client selection and layout approval.

4. Copyright, Licensing & Privacy Rights

Adi Photography & Films retains standard copyright ownership of all captured media as the artistic creator. Clients receive perpetual, non-exclusive personal reproduction licenses to print, share, and post their photos and videos across personal platforms.

We may showcase select artistic highlights within our portfolio. If at any time you wish for specific images or footage to remain strictly private or be removed from public display, we honor our Image Take-Down Policy immediately upon request.

5. Rescheduling & Cancellations

If an event date needs to be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, we will gladly transfer your deposit to a new available date within 6 months, subject to team calendar availability. Cancellations requested by the client after securing date locks may forfeit the advance deposit to cover reserved crew dates and preparatory overhead.

6. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure

While we maintain professional equipment redundancies and backup protocols, Adi Photography is not liable for performance failures resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including extreme weather emergencies, venue power failures, government lockdowns, or sudden venue restrictions. In the extremely unlikely event of total equipment or media failure, liability is strictly limited to a refund of monies paid.
